Welcome to The Way Student Ministry! At Andice Baptist Church, we seek to partner with parents to do all we can in accomplishing the work that God gave them to do with their children. This is a Student Ministry – this is a place that young people will be ministered to and will minister to others! Our goal is to intentionally disciple students, to love the Lord Jesus, have a daily walk with Him, then to love and serve others! At The Way Youth Ministry we seek to glorify God by reaching lost students with the gospel, seeing those students surrender their lives to God, and developing student disciples who make disciples. Here’s how we seek to do that.
Our main weekly teaching happens on Wednesday nights where students experience large group worship and preaching, and then small group Bible study, discussion and discipleship. Our preaching and teaching aims to be gospel-centered and Jesus focused.
We really do love students and want them to become fully committed followers of Jesus. On Wednesday nights, after The Way service, students meet with leaders in small groups for CARE, ENCOURAGEMENT, and ACCOUNTABILITY. In these small group settings, Journey (9-12) & Trek (7-8) students have adult volunteers who love them deeply and seek to point them towards Jesus.
Since we believe parents are vitally important, it is our desire to help assist parents in anyway we can! We always welcome parents to spend time with us in our services and volunteer at events. We also will be providing various training throughout the year and meet with parents one-on-one for help and encouragement.
